Refund Policy

Purchases made through Paddle checkout have a 14-day refund window. You can request a refund through the secure link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing [email protected] from the purchase address with your order number.

1. Refund window

Paddle checkout purchases are refundable for 14 days from the date of purchase. Paddle processes the payment, receipt, taxes, and refund flow as merchant of record.

2. How to request a refund

Use the secure link in your Paddle receipt or reply to that receipt. You can also email [email protected] from the address used at purchase and include your Paddle order number. Do not send dictated audio, transcripts, prompts, documents, or other user content.

3. Effect of a refund

When a refund is applied, the related entitlement is blocked for future activation, pack downloads, updates, support recovery, license resend, and install reset. Refunds do not delete local files or outputs you created before the refund.

4. Chargebacks, fraud, and abuse

Chargebacks, fraud flags, license sharing, attempted resale, or abuse of the activation or download systems may block future activation, pack downloads, updates, support recovery, license resend, and install reset.
