Terms of Service
Effective 17 June 2026 · Pronto Sage
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of software products published by Pronto Sage ("we", "us") and offered at ablefor.com. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any of our products you agree to these Terms, including the product-specific schedules below that apply to the products you use.
1. Who sells the products
Consumer and small-team purchases on this site are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as merchant of record. Your purchase contract for payment, invoicing, and taxes is with Paddle and is additionally governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. These Terms govern the license and your use of the product itself. Enterprise agreements may be concluded directly with us under a separate order form, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
2. Licenses
Each product is licensed, not sold. The scope of the license — editions, devices, seats, version-line and update entitlements — is defined in the product schedule for that product below and in your order. You receive the rights expressly stated there; all other rights are reserved.
Licenses are personal to you or your organization and may not be resold, sublicensed, rented, or transferred except with our written consent or as mandatory law allows.
Unless your order expressly says it is recurring, a purchase is a one-time version license. It is not a subscription and does not include an indefinite right to hosted services, re-downloads, activation recovery, update feeds, or support after the applicable lifecycle or sunset period.
3. Trials and evaluations
Where a product offers a free trial, the trial license is granted solely to evaluate the product for the published trial period. We may change or withdraw trial terms for future downloads at any time; this never affects licenses already purchased.
4. Refunds, chargebacks, and abuse controls
Purchases made through Paddle checkout have a 14-day refund window as stated in the Refund Policy. You can request a refund through the secure link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting support from the purchase email address with your order number.
Refunds do not delete your local files or outputs. They end the related online entitlement and future access to activation, pack downloads, update delivery, support recovery, license resend, and install reset for that order.
If a refund, chargeback, fraud flag, or abuse block is applied, we may block the related entitlement for future activation, pack downloads, updates, support recovery, license resend, and install reset. We may also block access connected to fraud, chargebacks, license sharing, attempted resale, or other abuse of the licensing or delivery systems.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the products in violation of applicable law; attempt to bypass license enforcement or signing; misappropriate our or third parties' intellectual property; or use the products to infringe the rights of others, including processing other people's voice or personal data without a lawful basis.
Except where mandatory law expressly allows, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, patch, tamper with, extract, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or host the software, license files, activation links, signed manifests, model or language packs, proprietary prompts/templates, routing rules, download URLs, or update metadata. You must not share activation links, attempt to reuse an install-bound license on another Mac, scrape pack downloads, or use the product to provide a competing service bureau, API, hosted workflow, or resale service.
Product-specific restrictions (for example, restrictions on biometric or voice-profile features) are stated in the product schedules and form part of these Terms.
6. Third-party components
Our products incorporate or download open-source components and machine-learning models under their own licenses. Applicable license and provenance information is disclosed in each product (and, for downloadable packs, before installation). Those licenses govern the respective components.
7. Updates, versions, lifecycle, and platform services
We publish maintenance updates for supported version lines as described in each product schedule and our published lifecycle policy. Major new versions and new modules may be separate purchases. We never remotely disable a purchased version; end of support means no further updates, not loss of use. Recurring charges apply only where an order explicitly includes recurring support, maintenance, hosted services, or another recurring service.
Online platform services are operational conveniences, not the core perpetual-use grant. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue checkout, trials, activation recovery, license resend, pack download authorization, update feeds, support portals, hosted admin services, or the public storefront with at least 30 days' notice posted on ablefor.com or another public Ablefor status/legal page, unless immediate action is required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, third-party provider failure, or force majeure. After that date, no new activation, re-download, update, recovery, trial, or support obligation remains unless an order form or mandatory law says otherwise. Existing activated local copies may continue to run according to their license and technical state.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT OF SPEECH RECOGNITION, REWRITING, OR TRANSLATION FEATURES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under the laws applicable to you as a consumer.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence where so provided.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the products, including processing of third parties' voice or personal data without a lawful basis.
11. Export and sanctions
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions that would prohibit your use of the products and agree to comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws.
12. Termination
We may terminate a license if you materially breach these Terms and, where the breach is curable, fail to cure it within 14 days of notice. Sections that by their nature survive (including 8–10) survive termination. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms for new purchases and new product versions. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase continue to govern that purchase; material changes will be indicated by the effective date above.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts there — except that consumers retain any mandatory protections and venue rights of their country of residence. Purchases processed by Paddle are additionally subject to the dispute terms in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Product schedules — license terms
Terms can differ between products. The schedule for each product you use forms part of this document.
Schedule: Ablefor
- License model. Ablefor is licensed per major version line (the “Sovereign Version License”). A personal license grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the purchased major version (e.g. 1.x) on the number of Macs stated for the purchased edition (Solo: one activated Mac), for the licensee's own use. Team and enterprise seat counts and deployment rights are stated in the order. Activation: setup connects once to activate each Mac (the app generates a local install key and the license is issued bound to that Mac) and to download your authorized packs; after activation Ablefor runs locally and can work offline. Your purchase link activates this Mac — it is not an account sign-in. A one-time license lets you use the purchased version line on the activated Mac while the local license, this Mac's activation key, installed packs, operating system, and hardware remain compatible — not a promise of permanent availability. A saved license file or backup bundle can be imported only on the matching Mac/install; activation links are for first activation or discretionary support reissue, not a guaranteed reinstall service. If you lose local licensing material, wipe or materially change this Mac, or change Macs, recovery is not guaranteed and you may need a new license. The same purchase email can hold multiple licenses, but it does not add Macs to one license; if your one Mac is already active, you may contact support from your purchase address about a discretionary reset (for example, hardware repair or mistaken activation), which is not a guaranteed right. No dictated audio, transcripts, prompts, or documents are sent for licensing.
- Updates. The license includes all maintenance updates we publish for the purchased version line (bug fixes, security patches, compatibility, performance, and quality improvements). Major new versions, new product modules, and custom/private language, domain, or voice packs may require a separate purchase. A paid upgrade never disables a version you already bought.
- Model packs. Language and capability packs may carry their own license schedules and third-party model licenses, which are displayed in the product before installation. Pack entitlements may be tied to your license.
- Online services and shutdown. Ablefor is sold as a local version license, not as a subscription to a permanent online platform. The license covers already activated local use of the purchased version line; it does not guarantee indefinite availability of checkout, trial issuance, activation recovery, license resend, pack download authorization, update feeds, support portals, hosted admin services, or the public storefront. If we discontinue a product line or online platform service, we will give at least 30 days' notice on ablefor.com or another public Ablefor status/legal page where commercially and legally possible. During that notice period, existing licensees should download available installers, packs, notices, and backup their local settings. A final continuity release, if any, is best-effort during the notice period and is not guaranteed to remain available afterward. After the notice period, existing activated local copies may continue to run according to the license, but new activations, re-downloads, updates, recovery, trials, and support are not owed unless an order form or mandatory law says otherwise. We do not guarantee future operating-system compatibility, permanent redownload access, permanent activation recovery, or lifetime support. You are responsible for keeping your installer, local license or backup, and installed packs; if these are lost, replacement is not guaranteed.
- Trials. Trial use is licensed for evaluation only, for the published trial period, without any payment obligation.
- Acceptable use. You may not resell, rent, or provide the software as a service to third parties; circumvent license enforcement; or use the software to process another person's voice or personal data without a lawful basis. The Speaker Focus voice profile is a recognition convenience only and is expressly not an authentication or identification system; you must not rely on it as one.
- Output responsibility. Speech recognition, rewriting, and translation output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or delivering it anywhere. The software is not designed for unreviewed use in safety-critical, medical, legal, or emergency contexts.
- Team and enterprise licenses. Team and enterprise licenses are version-line licenses unless an order form says otherwise. Optional hosted services, support, maintenance, private deployment assistance, or custom pack work may be contracted separately.
